J(M)-X2L series metering pump
Main feature
○ Independent intellectual property rights, with 4 national invention patents;
○ The hydraulic end form is divided into a plunger type and a hydraulic diaphragm type;
○ The metering pump has an accuracy of ±1% and can be adjusted by manual, variable frequency and electric stroke actuators;
○ Can be connected in parallel to 2 cylinders, 3 cylinders or multiple cylinders to increase flow and smooth pulsation;
○ Material over-flow part material: 304 or 316 stainless steel, PVDF, PVC, PP and other suitable polymer materials;
○ It is equipped with high-precision check valve. The plunger seal adopts the patented technology of the invention and has no leakage for long-term operation.
○ Internal circulation pressure balance system and special protection structure, diaphragm has a longer service life;
○ The actual service life of the hydraulic diaphragm pump plunger and plunger seal has exceeded 30,000 hours;
○ The actual service life of the diaphragm has exceeded 20,000 hours;
○ The diaphragm breakage alarm system can be configured.
